Effects of Super Fildena

The active ingredients in Super Fildena, sildenafil and dapoxetine, are expected to address the symptoms troubling men—ED (erectile dysfunction) and premature ejaculation.

PDE-5 enzymes break down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which is essential for erections. When cGMP is broken down, erections cannot occur—a condition known as ED.

Sildenafil inhibits PDE-5 enzymes, dilating blood vessels around the penis and relaxing the muscles in the penile corpora cavernosa. This allows more blood to flow into the penile corpora cavernosa and facilitates erections.

One of the causes of premature ejaculation is believed to be serotonin deficiency. Dapoxetine increases serotonin concentration in the brain by blocking its reuptake in nerve endings, suppressing excessive excitement, and prolonging ejaculation time.

Usage Instructions

Timing of Administration

Common side effects include lowered blood pressure, facial flushing, headache, nasal congestion, dizziness, nausea, and dry mouth.

Specific Symptoms
