    ASSURANS is an ED treatment medication designed to improve symptoms of erectile dysfunction (ED). This medication contains the same ingredient as the globally renowned Viagra, with its distinctive feature being large teal diamond-shaped tablets.

    ASSURANS Effects

    The main component, Sildenafil, inhibits PDE-5 (phosphodiesterase type 5), an enzyme that hinders erectile function. The PDE-5 enzyme breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which is necessary for erection. When cyclic guanosine monophosphate is broken down, it results in an inability to achieve an erection, a condition known as ED (erectile dysfunction). Sildenafil inhibits the PDE-5 enzyme, effectively expanding blood vessels around the penis and relaxing the smooth muscles in the penile corpus cavernosum tissue. Through this action, it promotes vasodilation and muscle relaxation, allowing more blood to flow into the penile corpus cavernosum tissue, thereby inducing an erection.

    The effect lasts for 4 to 6 hours, but it does not force an erection; natural erection still requires sexual stimulation or arousal.

    Administration Method / Usage

    Timing of Administration

    The correct way to take ASSURANS is on an empty stomach, one hour before sexual activity. After the initial dose, subsequent doses should be taken at least 24 hours apart.

    Recommended Dosage

    For first-time users or those sensitive to the medication, it is recommended to use a pill cutter to split the tablet in half and start with a small dose of 10mg. If the 10mg dose is not effective, gradually increase to 20mg; adjust the appropriate dose based on individual circumstances. Note: Some users may take 2-3 times the prescribed dose in pursuit of stronger effects, but this will not enhance the drug's efficacy. The maximum dose per sexual activity should not exceed 20mg.

    Food Effects

    It is recommended to remain on an empty stomach for 2 hours before taking. This is related to the absorption process of sildenafil: this component needs to be absorbed through the intestines into the bloodstream. If there is food in the stomach, the tablet may be absorbed by the stomach before reaching the intestines. Additionally, a high-fat diet can cause oil to adhere to the intestinal wall, severely affecting absorption of the component.     Special Symptoms
