Features of Duratia

Duratia is a generic version of Priligy, a delayed ejaculation drug containing dapoxetine.

Its main ingredient, dapoxetine, functions by regulating the secretion of serotonin in the brain.

Therefore, it is particularly suitable for patients with psychological premature ejaculation caused by mental stress such as tension and anxiety.

Taken one hour before sexual activity, it can extend ejaculation time to 2 to 3 times the normal duration.
For patients with phimosis premature ejaculation due to excessive foreskin leading to sensitivity issues, or weakness premature ejaculation caused by aging and muscle decline, Lidocaine is more effective.

Effects of Duratia

One cause of premature ejaculation is insufficient serotonin due to excitement or tension, and excessive secretion of adrenaline.
Excessive secretion of adrenaline can trigger involuntary ejaculation.

The main ingredient of Duratia, dapoxetine, works by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin at nerve endings, thereby increasing serotonin concentration in the brain.
